Error
MapTips in the Java Web ADF do not display in certain situations. The most common situation an end-user might encounter this problem is when highlighting results. Developers will encounter this problem when using the WebGraphics and the WebGraphics is not fused with the main map (when the fuseGraphics property of WebMap is set to false).
