The issue causing the map to crash is fixed. The inconsistency with the dashes between ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro is a separate issue.Solución alternativa
Check the 'Use symbol types compatible with all clients' check box when publishing the layer from ArcGIS Pro. Map Viewer loads successfully with these symbols without any issues.
