Error
Map services referencing line data from an enterprise geodatabase, symbolized using unique values with SQL label classes which involve the fields used for symbolization crashed when processing Export Web Map requests.

For the layer:
- Go to the Layer Properties pre-publication in ArcMap and open the Labels tab.
- Change the labeling method to 'Label all features the same way'.
- Click the Expression button and build a label expression using one of the other options presented which matches the functionality of the SQL Query .
Testing has shown that this label expression does not reproduce the issue.
