Make the License Manager 2019 installer recognize previous installations when they are located in drives other than the default C:\ drive.

This was a design decision when the License Manager release was untied from product release versions.Solución alternativa
- Run the installer and change the installation path, then remove the previous version.
- Leave the default installation path and remove the previous version manually.
