Local locator fails to return address candidates while the correct results are returned when using the locator in ArcMap with a geocoding service.

Unable to address this issue. Recreate locator and republish geocode service with the latest or any supported versions of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Server. If the issue persist, contact Technical Support. Upgrade to latest version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET.
