Legend high and low values do not update to reflect the new values of the extent when symbolizing using a raster stretched renderer, and getting statistics from the current display extent.

There are three workarounds.1. Switch between Data and Layout view.2. Open the properties of the legend and click OK to refresh the legend.3. Call arcpy.RefreshActiveView() from the Python window.
