There is a known limitation with adding layers to services published from ArcGIS Pro from the REST endpoint.Solución alternativa
- Delete the script contained in the Data section from the JSON in ArcGIS Online Assistant. Save the changes.
- Return to the item details page. Refresh the page and both layers are displayed.
Adding an object with just the ID for each new layer added also solves the issue. For example, "id": 1.
