Error
LAS dataset to Raster tool documentation specifies the incorrect keyword for the "no thinning" option and requires the provision of unnecessary information when using "NO_THINNING".

Use 'NO_THINNING' in lieu of 'NONE' so that the parameter specifies "TRIANGULATION NO_THINNING MAXIMUM 1". A bug in the parameter's validation forces the need to specify the thinning type and value even though it is unused.
