Labels are not displayed after being published as a vector tile layer from ArcGIS Pro when they are placed close to each other within a feature layer or across multiple feature layers.

Solución alternativa

In Map Viewer, set one label class to Boundary placement and keep the other label class set to Regular placement. This configuration displays one label along the feature boundaries and the other in the center of the polygon.
