Error
Labels are disappearing when using the pen or the highlighter tool (Markup Toolbar) in ArcReader.

Solución alternativa
In ArcMap, set the Label Weight Ranking to "None" before publishing the .pmf file. To do so, go to ArcMap > View > Toolbars > Labeling and within the Labeling Toolbar select the Label Weight Ranking button > Set the default layer feature weight to "None" > Apply > OK. Now this time when you republish your .pmf file the pen tool or highlight tool in ArcReader will not make the labels disappear.Pasos para reproducir
