The issue is reported as designed. Label placement and angle follow some rules. If the textLayout is straight or perpendicular, then the label will be positioned and oriented using the (placementPosition or labelAngle) + featureSymbol.angle. So if the default labelPlacement is AboveRight, then the rotation angle of 55 degrees is added or removed from that. For this particular bug, please add 'textLayout':'straight' to label json. This will allow angles to be honored by labels in a point layer.Solución alternativa
Add 'textLayout':'straight' to the label JSON. This property enables an angle to be applied to labels in a point layer.
