<L10N> When viewing the contents of a CAD file, the components are not translated for the i18n languages. This is because they are hard coded to English.

They are default feature class names, but that is what they are called. The name should not be localized, and this would have a deep impact on our whole CAD support so we are not going to make this change. JR
