Convert legend to graphic<a href="http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=knowledgebase.techArticles.articleShow&d=35595" target="_blank">http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=knowledgebase.techArticles.articleShow&d=35595</a>Add spaces to the layer with the longest title. This will force the block of legned items back to the left. Add enough spaces until the block is completely left justified again.
