This issue is no longer reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Experience Builder. The downloaded file when accessing the application anonymously is encoded with UTF-8 with BOM. If the issue reoccurs, contact Esri Support Services.Solución alternativa
1. Open the file with Notepad++.
2. From the menu, select 'encoding', and notice that UTF-8 without BOM is selected.
2. Select 'UTF-8-BOM' encoding and save the file. BOM are added to the file.
3. Open the file with Excel.
