Error

ISpatialFilter does not work for CAD data. IFeatureClass.FeatureCount (spatial filter) returns a wrong number.

Solución alternativa

Use IRelationalOperator on the individual feature geometry to indicate whether the feature satisfies spatial relationship or not.
