Error
IRouteMeasureEventGeoprocessor2.Union2 method hangs when the data contains null values in From-Measure and To-Measure Fields. It also hangs the built-in Overlay Route Events geoprocessing tool.

Delete all the records which have null values in From-Measure and To-Measure Fields (BeginMilepost and EndMilepost) in Track_Segment table. This makes the function work.Pasos para reproducir
