Infographics do not load any results in the enterprise version of the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App when GeoEnrichment is configured from ArcGIS Online in Portal for ArcGIS.

Solución alternativa

1. Log in to Portal for ArcGIS and open ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
2. Navigate to the custom Infographic templates (Reports > Build Reports > Build Infographics > My Templates) and hover over one of the saved templates.
3. Click the 3 dots at the lower right and select Download this template as a file.
4. Log in to an ArcGIS Online organization or an enterprise that includes ArcGIS Business Analyst Enterprise, open ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App, and navigate to the Reports tab > Build Reports > Build Infographics > Add template from file. Note that the data vintage in the ArcGIS Online organization needs to be set to match the Portal for ArcGIS environment where the template is downloaded from.
5. Create sites and run the infographics uploaded.
