The fields referenced in the Arcade expression are not being returned in the outFields of the query when clicking a feature because of how they are referenced in the expression. Use the Expects() function to ensure all relevant fields needed for the pop-up expression are retrieved in the query's outFields.Solución alternativa
Add Expects($feature, '*') at the beginning of the expression.
