When using the pages style, each question in the survey must be in a group that uses the field-list appearance. If the survey includes questions outside of a group with field-list appearance, the survey pages may not work as expected.Solución alternativa
Delete 'pages' in the style column in the settings tab of the XLS form and republish the survey.
