Inconsistencies in the last_edited_date editor tracking field values may occur after executing the UpdateFeatures operation via the ArcGIS REST API.

Solución alternativa

Including the rollbackOnFailure=True parameter in the body of the POST request to the updateFeatures endpoint causes the last_edited_date field to correctly update with a new, incremented epoch timestamp corresponding to the time of each update.
