Inability to access applications added to Portal for ArcGIS Sites if the application comes from ArcGIS Online.

Thank you for submitting this request. However, this is not a bug or issue. In order to add an item from ArcGIS Online to a Portal for ArcGIS Site, the item created in ArcGIS Experience Builder must be added to ArcGIS Enterprise as new content. Click 'Content' > 'My Content'. In the 'My Content' page, click New Item to add an item. In the 'New item' window, click 'Application'. Update the sharing (as appropriate). Once that is done, the item can be added to the Portal for ArcGIS Site. This is tested in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and 11.1.Pasos para reproducir
