The patch URL is: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2024/arcgis-data-store-11-1-highly-available-relational-data-store-patch For machines where both the Knowledge Graph Data Store and the Relational Data Store are configured, apply the ArcGIS Data Store 11.1 Knowledge Graph Patch C which includes a fix for BUG-000158843. It is not necessary to install the ArcGIS Data Store 11.1 Highly Available Relational Data Store Patch if the ArcGIS Data Store 11.1 Knowledge Graph Patch C is installed because both patches include the fix for BUG-000158843. Installation of the ArcGIS Data Store 11.1 Highly Available Relational Data Store Patch is blocked on machines where the ArcGIS Data Store 11.1 Knowledge Graph Patch C is already installed.
