In the Portal for ArcGIS status page, when accessing the portal through URL ports, the requests are forwarded to portal web adaptor URL and the page does not load with "Unable to load content in a Frame" error on Internet Explorer and the "Portal webadaptor URL is not accessible" error on Google Chrome. This happens on all machines except the machine on which Portal for ArcGIS is installed.

Solución alternativa

This issue does not occur irrespective through which URL the Portal for ArcGIS status page is accessed for internal machine where Portal for ArcGIS is installed.

For Local workstations, sign out of Portal for ArcGIS internal URL. Access the Portal for ArcGIS status page through a web adaptor URL (access the Portal for ArcGIS status page over DNS alias if DNS alias configured).
