In the hosted feature layers and views in ArcGIS Online, the editing option 'Editors can edit all features' for 'What features can editors edit?' is selectable even when it is grayed out.

Solución alternativa

1. Enable Update capability and select Attributes Only
2. Select "Editors can't see any features, even those they add"
3. Disable the Update and save the settings

After configuring the settings as mentioned above, the "Editors can't see any features, even those they add" remains selected although it is grayed out.

But actually, the feature layer does not support query operation (as expected with these settings).
