Error
In the attached bl3.hin.dgn file from Microstation, CELL entities that consist of overlapping rectangle and ellipse display as a complete feature in Microstation. In ArcMap, the area of overlap in the CELL is blank, and the Identify Tool shows no data in the overlapping area.
