In the ArcGIS Survey123 field app on mobile devices, 'numbers' appearance questions show the device's keyboard and then the numeric keypad.

The team is aware of this issue; however, as the native keyboard does not obstruct the numeric keypad on the final display, we have chosen not to address it at this time. We plan to address this problem in a future release and the upcoming version of ArcGIS Survey123 based on .Net MAUI.
