Error
In the ArcGIS Pro layout, when the Resize Behavior parameter in the Format Scale Bar pane is set to the Adjust Division Value option and the scale is changed, the dimension of the scale bar shifts or changes randomly.

When the map scale changes, scale bar labels adjust to reflect new division values creating longer or short number labels. For example, 500 changes to 1000. The scale bar and the labels have to remain within the bounding box. If the label text increases, the scale bar length have to shrink slightly to draw the labels within the assigned bounding box.Pasos para reproducir
