Error
In the ArcGIS Pro 2.2 Python window, the CreateWebLayerSDDraft and getWebLayerSharingDraft methods do not provide specific error messages when the user is not signed in to ArcGIS Online or the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.

The CreateWebLayerSDDraft function is deprecated. Update the scripts to use the getWebLayerSharingDraft method. getWebLayerSharingDraft can also be used to create an offline Service Definition Draft (.sddraft) file, which does not need any connection to the portal. Due to this reason, there is no error if not signed in to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
