Error

In the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, when zooming to a feature in a multipoint feature layer, if the feature contains only a single point, the map centers on the point but does not zoom in, whereas if the feature has multiple points, it centers and zooms in.

Solución alternativa

Use ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic, but other parts of the map (for example, the symbology of the layer) can be changed, so it is not an ideal workaround.
