Error
In the ArcGIS Instant Apps Interactive Legend, the legend does not interact with a layer with a visibility range when the map extent of the web map is saved with the features hidden.

- Save the web map to an extent where the features in the visibility range are visible.
- Remove the features from a group; visibility ranges work outside of a group layer.
