Error
In Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS on Windows and Mac, when a survey title is changed in the Settings tab, the corresponding folder and files associated with the survey retain the original naming scheme.

Changing the title in settings is not meant to change the folder and file names. The ability to change the title is designed to give people the option to present a user friendly name in the gallery. Often the name might be shorter so it fits nicely on the tile in the gallery.Solución alternativa
