In Portal for ArcGIS, when the portal is set to HTTPS only, the Sharing REST end-point does not redirect to HTTPS.

Solución alternativa

When trying to sign in, an error message "This portal requires https for all communication and this request was made over http." Error: 403 is shown, users not allowed to access the sharing/rest endpoint through HTTP.
