Error
In Portal for ArcGIS 10.6, the Scene Viewer prompts for credentials if Esri Vector Basemaps are shared with the group as basemap gallery.

Thanks for the report however this a problem with permission level of the basemap items and their layers. This should be solved by making all Vector Tile basemap items and all layer items included in those basemaps publicly shared (with Everyone), there is at least one vector tile basemap item or layer item that is not public in the basemap gallery. The Map Viewer in this case is not asking for sign in and falling back to arcgis online vector basemap items directly but this is incorrect and it will be fixed in the mapviewer side in a future release.Solución alternativa
