Error
In ArcObjects SDK for the Java Platform 10.3.1, using the 'mapDocument.open(String, String)' function causes the working directory to change without reflecting the change in the 'user.dir' property of the Java virtual machine (JVM), which results in subsequent file operations behaving unexpectedly.
