Error
In ArcMap 10.8.2, a tile package (.tpk) created using the Create Map Tile Package tool disappears when zoomed in, but works fine when created from the 'Tile package...' option on the main menu.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. To create a tile package in ArcMap, click File > Share As > Tile package....
