Error
In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect version 3.21 and higher, when viewing the survey on the website, the repeat button (+) is missing if the appearance of the 'begin repeat' question is set to field-list and the survey style is set to page.

Solución alternativa
1) Change the 'begin repeat' appearance to either minimal compact or compact. (Update the appearance instead of the page style to continue using the current page style.)
2) Republish the survey using ArcGIS Survey123 Connect version 3.20.
3) Place the 'begin repeat' inside a group and apply the field-list appearance to that group in the XLSForm.
