Información adicional

One limitation of the field app is that users cannot delete or edit submitted attachments. Setting the relevant condition to false is an implicit edit and is not supported for image questions. This behavior is an expected limitation of the field app.

Solución alternativa

Use the independent attachment question if single_choice questions are required.
