Instead of browsing to the JVM of the default JRE/JDK, browse to the ArcGIS Server jvm.dll (...\ArcGIS\Server10.0\java\jre\bin\server) from JavaConfigTools.exe. JavaConfigTools.exe is in the ArcGIS\Bin directory.Pasos para reproducir
