Error
In ArcGIS Pro, using keyword arguments for the tool arcpy.gp.CreateSQLiteDatabase returns the error message, "TypeError: <lambda>() got an unexpected keyword argument 'sqlite_database_path'".

This bug references the python function parameters from the ArcMap documentation and attempts to use them in ArcGIS Pro. The ArcGIS Pro documentation must be used when working in ArcGIS Pro. The CreateSQLiteDatabase() python function is correctly returning this error as there is no keyword parameter 'sqlite_database_path'. In ArcGIS Pro, the keyword is 'out_database_path'.
