Error
In ArcGIS Pro, the 'Move to End' button in the attribute table does not work as expected when working with tables from regular databases or mobile geodatabases.

This behavior is as designed to improve on table performance. In these situations, pages of rows are loaded (2,000 at a time) and ArcGIS Pro does not process what could be 1 million rows. This is followed with 'Move to End', where users are brought to the end of the page and are not stuck loading all rows at once. A second click indicates the intention to load all rows.Solución alternativa
Click "Load all" before moving to the end.
