Error
In ArcGIS Pro, the gis Python module returns an error when a proxy is configured with the active portal connection.

The new version of the urllib3 and requests require proxy information to be given.Solución alternativa
According to the documentation linked in the error returned, modify the "https" proxy configuration URL to "http". Additionally, the proxy information can be passed as a parameter in the code, however, this is not required in previous ArcGIS Pro versions.
