Error
In ArcGIS Pro, the functionality of the Align tools to arrange graphic elements does not match what is described in the documentation.

The documentation is actually correct; the link here points to the documentation for map graphics that exist in the map, but the steps are layout-specific. The layout documentation, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/layouts/work-with-layout-elements.htm, explains the behavior that the elements align to the first selected element. This is consistent with other layout element options, like making elements the same size. This is the designed behavior in ArcGIS Pro, although it is different from ArcMap.Pasos para reproducir
