Error
In ArcGIS Pro, the Append tool fails and returns the warning message, “Warning 000597: Failed to insert input record with Feature ID 1” when attempting to append a multipart feature with a large number of parts to a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Enterprise.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Solución alternativa
Divide the polygon feature class into single parts with the Multipart To Singlepart tool, then run the Append tool.
This is failing because ArcGIS Pro is trying to use Upload for ApplyEdits when Upload is not enabled (this is a bug). This should succeed if upload for this service is enabled.
