In ArcGIS Pro, features are not symbolized, and the extent is wrong after features with invalid coordinates are inserted.

Solución alternativa

Delete invalid features and recalculate the feature class extent. For enterprise geodatabase make sure no archiving table or versions are still present to successfully recalculate the extent.
