Error

In ArcGIS Pro, after converting a vertex to a control point with map topology enabled, the Save button is unavailable, and the control point is not displayed after deselecting the feature.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. Edit operations must be applied for feature edits to persist and for the Save and Discard buttons to be available. Edit operations can be applied using the F2 shortcut key, Finish on the Context menu item, or Finish on the editing toolbar.
