In ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2, the Layer field is empty in the output of the Export To CAD tool if CadType is defined in the Input Features parameter.

This issue is reproducible where the modified time reported by Windows Explorer is one second after TDUPDATE. If so, it is possible several milliseconds have elapsed in between AutoCAD updating TDUPDATE, closing the database, and Windows Explorer updating the file properties for one second to be registered. Hence, this issue is closed as by design.
