Error
In ArcGIS Pro 3.0, the Generate Transects Along Lines tool fails when run from a new toolbox (.atbx) and returns the error message, "Tool is not licensed".

Downgrade the new toolbox (.atbx) to ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and use the legacy toolbox (.tbx).
