Error
In ArcGIS Pro 2.7 and above, the CreateGeocodeSDDraft function returns an error if the connection_file_path parameter is specified with a file .ags extension.

Remove the file extension (.ags) for the ArcGIS Server connection file in the connection_file_path parameter to execute the script successfully in ArcGIS Pro 2.7 & above.
