Información adicional

Issue not reproducible in ArcGIS 2.7.1.

Solución alternativa

1) Open a new ArcGIS Pro 2.6.3 project > insert a new Map.

2.) From the Test Data provided, add the following to the map:

dev_awra_forecast_physical1.CRF.

ESRImod_2 feature class table.

3) Fields in the table should be configured to include Classname, Red, Green and Blue columns [no Alpha], with their field types set to Long. The Value field should be of type Double.

4) Click the Analysis tab > Raster Functions > Custom tab in the Raster Functions pane.

5) Add a sub-category > Import the raster function template provided in the Test Data. [see attached video for "how to", if needed]

6) Make a copy of the raster function.

7) Edit the Raster Function: update the input image [the .CRF].

8) Edit the Raster Function: Open the Attribute table function, and use the following parameters:

Raster = leave as the default input.

Table Type = leave as External.

Under External = navigate to the Esrimod_2 FC Table.

Click OK.

9) Save the function > Save the map.

10) Close the Function Editor.

11) In the Raster Function pane: Run the function [right click > Open > update the input raster to the .crf, if needed > Create New Layer].

The output colors specified as per the table are now honored in the newly created layer.

To check this, compare the RGB value for a color in the new layer with that of its counterpart in the .dbf. They do not match.

NOTE: This issue appears to be fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.1, so an alternative solution may be to update to the version, and continue to use a .dbf.
