In ArcGIS Online, the map image layers from ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World's Premium content display a different symbology when opened in Map Viewer and added through the REST URL.

This is expected behavior. Layer items can have configurations different than the REST URL. As a result, different symbology is displayed when adding a layer with a source URL to a web map.
